In our support groups, family members and friends can openly share with each other the challenges of living with someone who has a mental illness and find ways together to meet those challenges.
These informal support group meetings are always free of charge and are led by a NAMI trained and certified leader. All groups are confidential—you can share as much or as little personal information as you wish. Please note- NAMI HC follows the Howard County Public School system. That is, if school is cancelled, then we are closed and all activities are cancelled. If evening school activities are cancelled, then all evening activities are cancelled.
